In case you decided to close your current store and you want to transfer your exisiting reports those are the steps you have to take:

1. Export your current report configurations under "Actions" => "Export Report configuration"

   

   
   

2. Import the report configuration in the new shop under "New Report" => "Import report from file":

   

   
   

3. Cancel your subscription under "Plan" => "Cancel subscription"
